As a highly motivated, optimistic and leader within the real estate industry, Gordi has achieved accolades that most agents could only hope to accomplish by the end of their career- but she has no intention of slowing down. Over the years she has owned and operated three thriving real estate franchises, including the esteemed Sotheby's International Realty, where she was a non-executive director nationally, in the role of franchisee representative, as well as managing and promoting the brand regionally in KZN. After 25 years in the industry, going from strength to strength, becoming a top producing agent in multiple areas Gordi has an intimate knowledge of market trends and the ever changing needs of her buyers and sellers. Her passion for property and people shines through in her impeccable work ethic and her creative spirit that never shies away from a challenge.

After graduating at the top of her class at CSU (Cleveland State University) and earing various internships in the USA, Carys has accumulated extensive experience in various marketing fields. Upon returning home in 2013 she decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and dive in to the property game. Over the past 4 years Carys has been involved in every aspect of the industry, from marketing and selling multi-million rand developments, to selling homes and even building a successful rental team. Never one to sit still, she began realizing that things could work better and smoother and that by combining her marketing expertise with her drive for property (and a penchant for technology) something revolutionary could happen. The Realty Boutique is this idea come to fruition, the most dynamic and progressive agency in the province.
